Our story.

Controlcare Ltd. was founded in 1993 by engineers and long-term friends Alan Mitchell and Graeme Clarke. The pair retired in 2014 and 2019 respectively, leaving the business to Mike Kent and Dan Hooke. Today, Mike and Dan continue the Controlcare mission of providing helpful and friendly BMS services to a range of organisations and individuals, supported by a small but dedicated team.

Our engineers are trained in Trend Controls, Tridium, EasyIO, Kieback and Peter, and our qualified electricians come with a deep knowledge base of mechanical and electrical services. We can also work alongside a wider network of building management services professionals to ensure an integrated approach to your project or problem.
